Digitalisation: making customer- and staff-surveys faster and more efficiently
What means to test adaptively? Organisations gain to find certainty by conducting surveys. However, return-rates decrease as participants become tired of surveys. Some participants answer „quick & dirty“ which causes a bad quality. Adaptive testing offers the chance to trim questionnaires or even finish earlier. In this food-for-thought-workshop we demonstrate and discuss chances, how digitalisation supports quantitative and qualitative surveys to become faster and more efficient.
