Study: Creative Management
Today, many organizations search for innovation. Siemens initiated a start-up centre and Bosch is building a future-campus at Renningen.
Since the publication of Steve Jobs biography by Walter Isaacson it seems clear that the one who cannot bring innovations to the market will lose the competition- But how can one manage that?
Denkwerkstatt researched 2 years about this question and examined especially projects of the creatives (fine arts, music with special regard of Jazz, architecture, performance arts etc.). We found significant results. The book „Der Rhythmus der Innovation – Was Manager und Unternehmen von Jazzern und anderen Künstlern lernen können“ (The rhythm of innovation – what managers and organizations can learn from Jazzers and other artists) gives insights into the potential of creative management.
